At O’Gorman & Sandroni, P.C., we strive to provide for our clients compassionate and timely estate planning services. We appreciate that the issues involved in preparing your will, living will, durable power of attorney, and trust documents, are sensitive and require time and consideration. We want to make sure you take time to contemplate who you would want to enforce your healthcare choices and your will, serve as a guardian for your children, and perhaps manage the funds in your trust. In order to allow you the time you need and also provide timely estate planning, we have compiled the following list of questions for you to consider before your appointment. These questions are only for your benefit and will be reviewed during your initial consultation; do not feel pressured to answer any or all of the questions. 1. If you are incapacitated and choices must be made for your medical care, including but not limited to end-of-life decisions, who would you want to represent you and enforce your medical choices?
