SEAN O’GORMAN, Managing Partner Sean graduated from St. Louis University in 1982 and St. Louis University Law School in 1985. He brings to his practice of law all that he learned as the son of an Air Force Col., and one of seven children. Sean spent much of his childhood in England and Europe as his father served in Vietnam. Sean studied City Planning and Urban Renewal as an undergrad, and is currently an adjunct professor at Webster University. Sean came to the current practice in 1989, and since then has directed his time and energy to helping clients plan for their futures. Sean has helped people map how the assets accumulated over a lifetime of hard work will be transferred to the generations to following. He has also helped other people choose the right business structure for their venture (corporation, partnership, limited liability company, etc.). Sean shows clients what their options are and how to best achieve their individual goals. Sean is admitted to practice law in Missouri. He is on the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce of Maplewood, MO, and is a member of the Business Network International, known as BNI-Sunset Hills. ANDREW D. SANDRONI, Partner Andrew graduated from St. Louis University in 1982 with an A.B. in History and from St. Louis University Law in 1985. Andrew came to St. Louis from upstate New York, married a St. Louis woman and decided to stay. He formed the firm of O'Gorman & Sandroni, P.C. with Sean in 1989. The act was not coincidental. Sean and Andrew have known each other since their days as undergrads. Clients who have suffered a wrong seek Andrew’s guidance through the legal system. Andrew concentrates his efforts in helping clients whose situations have led them to the courtroom. Many probate and business disputes reach a point when the courtroom is the only forum for resolution. This is where Andrew spends most of his time. His colleagues call him “the litigator.” Andrew and his well-trained staff help guide clients who are experiencing the trauma of litigation, divorce or other upheaval through the labyrinth-like procedures. Andrew is admitted to practice law in Missouri, Illinois, and the Federal Eastern and Western Missouri District Courts.
