Sean P. O'Gorman
Sean Patrick O’Gorman graduated from St. Louis University in 1982 (BA in Urban Affairs, BA in Political Science); St. Louis University Law School (Juris Doctorate) in 1985 and is a recent adjunct professor at Webster University teaching courses in Mass Media Law and Media Ethics.
Sean is admitted to practice law in Missouri and active in the Missouri Bar Association as a member of the Solo and Small Firm Committee, the Elder Law Committee the Business Succession Planning Committee and the Estate Planning and Probate Law Committee. He has served on the board of the Black Repertory Theater of Saint Louis; The Board of Trustees of the Bar Association of Metropolitan Saint Louis; the Parent Teachers Organization of Ralph M. Captain School; various sub committees of the Board of trustees for Crossroads College Preparatory School; and the Board of Directors of the Chamber of Commerce of Maplewood, MO and its Marketing and Nominating Committees. As the Chairman of the Design and Review Board for the City of Maplewood he is intimately involved in new businesses coming to Maplewood.
Over the years Sean has accumulated over 5,000 contacts which afford him a unique ability to assist clients in business ventures and transactions: planning estates, administering them and implementing strategies to avoid probate. The adage that “there is the time in the life of every problem where the problem is big enough to see but still small enough to solve” governs his philosophy of client representation.
In addition to practicing law and managing the Firm as President, he is one of 7 siblings, an avid wannabe amatuer cook, collector and rider of recumbent cycles: husband and proud father.

Andrew D. Sandroni
Andrew graduated from St. Louis University in 1982 with an A.B. in History and from St. Louis University Law in 1985. Andrew came to St. Louis from upstate New York, married a St. Louis woman and decided to stay.
He formed the firm of O'Gorman & Sandroni, P.C. with Sean in 1989. The act was not coincidental. Sean and Andrew have known each other since their days as undergrads.
Clients who have suffered a wrong seek Andrew’s guidance through the legal system. Andrew concentrates his efforts in helping clients whose situations have led them to the courtroom. Many probate, domestic and business disputes reach a point when the courtroom is the only forum for resolution. This is where Andrew spends most of his time. Andrew has had the pleasure of litigating cases in Missouri, Illinois, New Mexico and have argued cases before the Federal Court of Appeals in the 8th and 9th Circuits.
Andrew and his well-trained staff help guide clients who are experiencing the trauma of litigation, divorce or other upheaval through the labyrinth-like procedures.
Andrew is admitted to practice law in Missouri, Illinois, and the Federal Eastern and Western Missouri District Courts.
